Manchester United 90 minute winner!!!

Heroes...... :)
What a game...I can't help mysefl to express my feeling now (although now is alredy 2.00am)...
First half of the game is really lofty (there's no real goalmouth action)...
I was sitting at my room thinking of 0-0 will be the scoreline of this matches, to my suprise, a pop-up stating Man U 1-0 Liv...I jump out from my chair sand rushing downstairs towards the TV as usually Live telecast of a game in TV is later by 2-3 minutes...
And what I saw is the superb freekick by Ryan Giggs (my favourite player) towards the penalty box and a desicive header by Rio Ferdinand, to hot for handle by Reina...Gooooaalllll....
Cheers everybody!!!

Painful Periods (Dysmenorrhoea)

Primary dysmenorrhoea - the common type of painful periods
What causes the pain? The cause is not clear. The uterus is normal. What is thought to happen is that normal body chemicals called prostaglandins build up in the lining of the uterus. Prostaglandins help the uterus to squeeze (contract) and shed the lining of the uterus during a period. In women with period pain there seems to be a build up of too much prostaglandins, or the uterus may be extra sensitive to the prostaglandins. This may cause the uterus to contract too hard, which reduces the blood supply to the uterus. This can lead to pain.
What are the treatment options?
Warmth. You may find it soothing to hold a hot water bottle against your lower abdomen, or to have a hot bath. The pain often does not last long, and this may be all that you need. (Be careful not to burn yourself with a hot water bottle which is too hot.)
Paracetamol usually helps if the pain is mild.
Anti-inflammatory painkillers greatly ease the pain in about 8 in 10 cases. They work by blocking the effect of the prostaglandin chemicals that are thought to cause the pain. Also, anti-inflammatories usually reduce the amount of bleeding. There are several brands, and most need a prescription. However, you can buy one type (ibuprofen) at pharmacies. Some tips when using an anti-inflammatory include the following.
Take the first dose as soon as your pain begins, or as soon as the bleeding starts, whichever comes first. Some doctors advise to start taking the tablets on the day before your period is due. This may prevent the pain from building up.
Take the tablets regularly, for 2-3 days each period, rather than 'now and then' when pain builds up.
Take a strong enough dose. If your pains are not eased, ask your doctor or pharmacist if the dose that you are taking is the maximum allowed. An increase in dose may be all that you need.
Some people cannot take anti-inflammatory painkillers. For example, people with a duodenal ulcer, and some people with asthma.
Side-effects are uncommon if you take an anti-inflammatory for just a few days at a time, during each period.

Gout attack!!!

Gout is one of the most common forms of arthritis (joint inflammation). It appears as an acute attack often coming on overnight. Within 12-24 hours there is severe pain and swelling in the affected joint. The skin over the joint may be red and shiny.
Gout usually affects only one or two joints at a time - most often the feet and ankles. The ball of the big toe is the commonest site. Without treatment the attack subsides in a week or so and when patients first develop gout there may be intervals of many months or even years between attacks. As time goes by, these tend to become more frequent and more severe and eventually many joints may be involved, sometimes all at the same time. At this stage a state of chronic or continuous joint disease may develop with progressive joint damage, disability and crippling (chronic gout). Gout affects mostly men and is very rare in women until after the menopause when it is quite often seen.
What causes Gout? Uric acid is a chemical which is a natural part of the normal breaking down and building up of food and body tissues. The level in the blood can be measured and shows how much there is in the body overall. The condition of raised blood uric acid is called hyperuricaemia. When this is present the uric acid which is normally dissolved in the blood may, from time to time, form microscopic crystals in the joint. These crystals set up the inflammation which is called acute gouty arthritis or acute gout.

Mahjong - Chinese Culture

One of the myths (probably originates from the West) regarding the origin of Mahjong suggests that Confucius the great Chinese philosopher had developed the game about 500 BC. Mahjong (Chinese: 麻将 (Mandarin májiàng; Cantonese màhjeung) or 麻雀 Mandarin máquè, Cantonese màhjeuk); other common English spellings include mahjongg, majiang, and hyphenated forms such as mah-jong or mah-jongg) is a game for four players that originated in China. It is a game of skill, intelligence, calculation and luck. Depending on the variation which is played, the amount of luck may vary from 20 to 80 percent. In China, Japan, Taiwan and other countries mahjong is often used for gambling. The Chinese word 麻将 literally means "hemp general". In Cantonese an alternate writing, 麻雀, is more common (the same kanji are used in Japanese). In Cantonese this literally means "sparrow" and is pronounced ma4 jeuk3, while in Japanese it means "hemp sparrow", and is pronounced mā-jan.
Mahjong has developed to various game style like Hong Kong style, Taiwan style, tri-play, quart-play and many others. Love it or hate it, Mahjong already been rooted among chinese as favourites pass time.

Another Operasi by our PDRM!!!

There's another raid(Operasi) by PDRM at Ipoh's Y2K pub...
As usual me and my friends went to our usual hangouts on Saturday which is Y2K. By 12.30am, I felt tired so I left Y2K earlier than went to mamak with Aik, Wah and Leong at Gunung Rapat. After that, I went home around 2.15am and on my way back, I received a SMS from my friend that he's on his way to Balai for urine test at old town and he need me to fetch me back to Y2K after that. I was lucky to avoid this operasi, so I went to Balai and wait for my friends. When I reached there it was like the whole Y2K shifted to old town cause most of them are familiar faces. Like the movie, all the leng chai waiting for their taiko to come out from balai.
Luckily most of my friends passed the urine test and there's another called WahLen didn't make it as he's tested positive twice for the urine test and need to do another final test in Hosp. Kuala Lumpur. This process takes few hours to complete, so he'll need to call one of us to fetch him after that.
WahLen works in the fibre glass industries so he's exposed to fibre glue which like UHU and all those strong elephant glue which is similar to smoking pod when u exposed to it long enough and this explained why he's tested positive for the urine test.
This is my Saturday night out, how's is yours?
Updates...
WahLen came out from balai around 8am Sunday...
